The room was spacious, a King Room River View. The bathroom was clean, and the bed was large. The bus stop to the airport was in front of the building. It was very practical.
The hotel is a bit outside the main city area.

i found the rooftop bar quite nice. it was close to many restaurants and supermarkets nearby too.
I requested a room change, but the reception wasn't very helpful. I found that unfortunate.

I found the staff super friendly and helpful! we even got an upgrade for a better view, amazing. the room was very spacious and clean. It really added to our experience.
the location is a bit outside the city, but the bus made travel easy.

The hotel offers convenient access to transportation. Bus a41p and shek mun station are nearby. this allows for easy travel to the airport and other destinations. a free shuttle is available to new town plaza and tsim sha tsui.

the staff provided excellent service, especially the concierge. they were helpful! housekeeping was also very honest and efficient, saving my personal hygiene products until i returned. janice, from room service, was fabulous.

the breakfast buffet offered a very large and varied selection. dining options are limited but local options are close. there is a square with shops and restaurants near the hotel.

The hotel has a gym and an infinity pool that is open during summer months. filtered water taps are available in the corridors. I thought this was thoughtful. umbrellas can be borrowed from the concierge on rainy days.

The hotel rooms were impressively large and included a comfortable bed! A sizable desk and many chargers made working easy. I found strong water pressure in the shower, alongside ample storage. The gym and the inviting pool were also great!
I noticed the absence of universal plugs in the room. I needed a power adapter to charge my devices. It would improve convenience if universal plugs were available.

The hotel is near Shek Mun, which includes various restaurants, I loved that. The nearby Shek Mun station made local transportation easy, a great benefit.

Restaurants and cafés inside the hotel provided multiple dining choices. I didn't need to search for eateries elsewhere. A McDonald's and supermarket downstairs were convenient additions, I found.

The staff members are attentive and kind. I noticed they took their time doing things properly. Cleanliness was amazing, and the service was efficient. I appreciated the team efforts. I am really impressed with their dedication.
